Thesis: Evangelicals have themselves to blame for America’s social decadence, political impasses, and economic demise.
How: Our sound-bite theologies have blinded us in truncated spirituality and carnality. These in turn have caused us to miss significant evangelistic opportunities. This failure has consequently resulted in an increased godless state with more people operating in godlessness.
Solution:
1) Understand why our sound-bite theologies are in error and how they promote spiritual and social apathy among us.
2) Understand that we cannot expect God’s blessings on America while evangelicals remain disobedient to God’s Word.
3) Repent and make an informed spiritual difference and encourage others to do that as well.
This is what God says: ‘Why do you disobey the LORD’S commands? You will not prosper. Because you have forsaken the LORD, he has forsaken you.’
